I didn't book the reservation that you charge to my card im actually stay at motel 6 have been here since July 2 so I would like a refund for my money you took off my card

Because my card was charged before I arrived

I booked a room in lacrosse, Wisconsin and once I arrived I was told that they don't rent to locals so I lost my money.

User's recommendation: Make sure your card isn't being charged before you arrive.

Money charged: Room denied

On my flight day, all flights cancelled due to snow storm...no way to get there. Caught flight next morning, and upon arrival at hotel was advised because I was a day late, my deal with Snaptravel was void. Had to book another room at a much higher rate. Called Snaptravel Customer Svc. and was told they are sorry and read me the "30day rule" So, I paid for a room on a 3day stay, that I was denied and never received under the agreement. I'd caution people to be very leery about doing business with these guys....not a very good attitude or way to treat customers.

Reservations issue

We had two nights booked in Kyle, TX. We were told that Austin was open, however, when we arrived in Austin, everything was shut down due to Covid. We had a Np cancellation reservation. It is almost impossible to reach someone at Snaptravel. I didnt have time to fill out the on-line form and wait for a response, as we needed an immediate credit to go to a hotel in San Antonio. They did resolve my issue eventually, however, it needs to be easier to speak to a live human.

I used your travel agent to book my rooms i got credit for one room but not for the second i booked one room for September 11 i need my other credit so i can book the other room also you have me credit for confirmation no.b_843663 but i did not get tefund for b_843680
