Pésimo servicio

SuperTravel - Pésimo servicio
Hice una reserva para un hospedaje en Miami y el hotel está muy sucio y con animales. Ellos devolvieron el dinero por la estadía y a mi no me han reembolsado en la tarjeta .

User's recommendation: No utilizar estas plataformas.

Desafortunadamente, cuando nuestro equipo de soporte se comunicó con el alojamiento varias veces, rechazaron su solicitud de reembolso. Lamentamos mucho no haber podido lograr que aceptaran hacer una excepción esta vez. Lamentablemente, como mencionamos antes, no tenemos el poder para anular su decisión.

Dicho esto, solo podríamos reabrir este caso si puede proporcionarnos una confirmación por escrito de su administración de que se ha acordado un reembolso. Reiteramos nuestras disculpas por cualquier inconveniente y esperamos tener la oportunidad de servirle en el futuro.

I have not recived my refund

I have not received my refund after being told I would by this company super travel I have spoke with them and the la quinta and yet to hear anything

User's recommendation: Don't use there service for reservations.
